Update on Rum and Coke Whoopie Pies

This is an update to my first post about the Rum and Coke Whoopies pies. It's been a few months and I've tested and tested the recipe and I think now it's up to snuff. I've tried different amount of coke and rum in the mixtures and I think this one is a keeper. I think it's so good that I will be adding it to the permanent Cake Bar menu, as well as, featuring them on the Clean Street Food truck (www.cleanstreetfood.com) this week.
